The is the last in a series of six Leadership Academy (LA) programs for 2017-2018.  LA is a unique learning opportunity for Park District professionals of all levels. There are three tiers of education to meet the various needs of professionals - 1) Personal 2) Team 3) Agency. Each level's curriculum includes topics such as leadership methods, accountability, strategic thinking, panel discussions, hot topics, and financial strategies. If you aspire to be better leader and grow your professional career, you are encouraged to apply for the Academy.
Program approved for 0.5 CEUs. Continuing Education Units are for CPRP and CPRE Certification.

The Office of Recreation & Park Resources and the Recreation, Sport, & Tourism Department of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is the proud sponsor of IPRA's Leadership Academy.
