The Education Roadshow: Virtual Edition

We all want to have great careers, right? BUT, it does not just happen…like everything else we want to achieve in our lives, a successful career takes time, effort and most importantly, planning. A Professional Development Plan (PDP) is essential to outlining your interest, values, skills and identifying where you are now and where you want to be. Putting together your own PDP will help you focus on your ambitions, aspirations and objectives and is extremely useful when helping you to clarify your career goals and sharpen your focus.

Quality decisions typically come from the use of a combination of logic, emotion, quality networks, historical experiences, and data to reach a conclusion which result in the given performance of the organization. While these resources offer quality attributes to making decisions, they many times lack the information that truly communicates the effectiveness of the decisions and resulting performance. Metrics through the uses of historical data is the means organizations use to sell a convincing argument toward performance. This session is intended to aid decision makers how, through a small sample size, success can occur from this form of planning and communicating future performance.
