PNRM Section Meeting & Education: Winning the Talent War

PNRM Section Meeting & Education: Winning the Talent War
IPRA's Parks & Natural Resource Management (PNRM) Section consists of park district professionals that either specialize or work in and around parks and natural resources. This is a joint event with the Midwest Institute of Park Executives (MIPE), and affiliate of IPRA. The meeting will begin with reports from the IPRA Section Board and each committee Chair, and an IPRA liaison will be in attendance to provide updates to the membership about news and events happening within the association. The section meeting will be followed by Winning the Talent War, a presentation provided by Sue Winkler and Mary Cherry of HR Source. Focusing on seasonal employees, Mary will provide updates on the recruiting market, discuss the importance of your brand, provide best practices for finding talent, interviewing, and on-boarding and retaining employees. If you are interested in joining the section or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register. This event is for IPRA and MIPE members only, but guests interested in learning more are welcome to attend.

To Register: Login to your IPRA account, then select "Register Myself". If you are not an IPRA member, create an account as a Basic Contact, then register for the event.
