Did You Know? The House of Representatives of the 102nd General Assembly of the State of Illinois passed Resolution 0108 that declares JULY 2021 as Parks and Recreation Month in Illinois.
Who Should Attend: Park and recreation, conservation, forest preserve district professionals, and Commissioners interested in celebrating the essential P&R services provided to communities throughout Illinois.
To Register: Login to your IPRA account, select "Register Myself", then register for the event. If you do not have one, create an account (membership not required), then register for the event. Registration deadline is Monday, July 26, 2021.
How to Participate: The event will take place via Zoom Webinar. It is not required to have an account, but the web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first meeting from a computer. Attendees can also participate from a smart device using the Zoom app, or can use the call-in feature. Upon registering for the event with IPRA, participants will be emailed an invitation from Zoom with a unique join link.
