Learning Lab: Raising Your Situational Awareness

Learning Lab: Raising Your Situational Awareness
Situational awareness is knowing what is going on around you and how this influences your decisions. The pandemic has challenged us to raise the level of our situational awareness because our home and work environments have changed, and if we are to succeed, we have to respond to those changes to just make it through the day, make it through the week, and hopefully, if we keep sights on our personal and organizational mission, vision and values, we can respond in ways that will help us even continue to reach for our aspirations and goals. Sharpening situational awareness skills are critical to helping you remain calm under pressure situations, tackle difficult roadblocks and obstacles, and stay on course to meet your mission.
