A&F Section Roundtable: Reignite the Leadership Flame
Is your leadership role no longer fun?  Tired of COVID, staff turnover, and putting out fires?  Join us to discuss leadership burn out and stress management.  As the leader at your agency, we know you are exhausted, but you are not alone.  Laure Kosey will moderate the roundtable with Trisha Breitlow, Executive Director of Maine-Niles Association of Special Recreation, Mike Clark, Executive Director of the Palatine Park District, Elizabeth Kessler, Executive Director of the McHenry County Conservation District, and Jim Reuter, Executive Director of the Carol Stream Park District sharing their challenges over the past few years as well as some sparks that may kindle your leadership flame.

To Register: Login to your IPRA account (see "Sign In" to the right or below), then scroll down to select "Register Myself". If you are not an IPRA member, create an account (see create a new account under "Sign In"), then register for the event.

How to Participate: Virtual discussions are delivered via Zoom. It is not required to have an account, but you will be asked to download the program to your device to participate. Attendees can participate from a computer, laptop, any smart device, or can use the call in feature.  Virtual links will be emailed September 13.  If you have not received your link by September 13 @ 4:00pm, please contact Kim Laper at [email protected].
