Fred Gusel is currently the Superintendent of Recreation for the Naperville Park District. Fred's background has been focused on facilities and operations for nearly 15 years. Fred has also been actively involved with IPRA serving on several committees. Professional Services, IPRA Governance Taskforce Subcommittee, Aquatic Committee Chair, being named the Aquatic Manager of the year in 2005 as well as serving three years as the Facility Management Section Director.
