Qualifications:

Requires a college degree (or comparable experience working with people and programs), preferably in education, recreation/leisure services, environmental studies or related fields Requires a current certification in Teams Challenge Course facilitation. The individual must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the field of environmental education, Teams Courses facilitation and/or related fields. |

Duties:

The coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of the Teams Course/Climbing Wall client scheduling and course utilization, which includes staff/facilitator scheduling. In addition, this position assists in the development of course administration processes and effective marketing strategies, as well as the implementation and evaluation of program offerings. This position requires 10-15 hours a week, depending on the season. |
