Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor Degree in Recreation Administration, Physical Education or like degree. • Minimum of two (2) years experience in facility management with a background in aquatic recreation. • Ability to work weekend, holidays and special events. • Must possess good customer service and organizational skills. • Lifeguard Training certification and valid IL driver’s license. • Ability to work harmoniously with the public and Peoria Park District Personnel.

Duties:

• Manage indoor/outdoor pools and assist in managerial duties at indoor programs, including swimming lessons. • Assist in staff recruiting and training. • Serving as an on-site observer to maintain quality control of guest services operations. • Assisting in the preparation of appropriate revenue and expenditure reports. • All other duties assigned.
